New pages-to-screen alert! Oprah Winfrey and Brad Pitt are teaming up to adapt Ta-Nehisi Coates’ novel ☛THE WATER DANCER [pub: One World] into a film. The Hollywood Reporter broke the news yesterday. The Water Dancer was Oprah’s first selection for her Apple book club. Coates regrammed One World’s Instagram post celebrating the film announcement and reminded readers that the paperback edition of his first novel drops next Tuesday, November 17th.
